Report of the Urban Planning and Growth Special Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 23 September 2004

A meeting of the Urban Planning and Growth Special Committee was held on Wednesday 1 September 2004 at 9.15am

Present:	Councillor Sally Buck (Chairperson), Councillors,  David Cox, Anna Crighton,  Pat Harrow,Denis O'Rourke,  Linda Rutland,  Sue Wells and Chrissie Williams.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Helen Broughton. Councillor Denis O’Rourke arrived at 9.19am and retired at 11.15am and was not present for clauses 2 and 3.2 and part of clause 1. Councillor Chrissie Williams arrived at 9.21am and was not present for part of clause 1. Councillor Anna Crighton arrived at 9.30am and was not present for part of clause 1.
